This soft-rock group from Boulder, Colorado featured great harmonies through their career. Bassist Mark Andes later joined Heart. They really outdid themselves with "Strange Way", which, although it peaked at #11, I believe to be their best song. The flute is incredible (I think I have every note memorized in my mind.) The orchestra providing support adds a lot as well, especially the violins during the chorus. Love the surprise uptempo finish, wonderfully out of place! Here are the Five Best* from Firefall:
